Acceptance into the program is based on income eligibility and most of our Head Start centers have waiting lists. Apply here!

We are happy to hear you may be interested in our Head Start or Early Head Start services! Below is a bit more information about each program. 

• Head Start is a preschool program for children ages three to kindergarten.
• Early Head Start is a free program that can begin as early as pregnancy and provides preschool for infants and toddlers. 
• We have locations in Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties and would love to have you visit one of our centers prior to enrolling.
