ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
Online applications begin, November 1.
To start an online application for LIHEAP click here: https://liheap-apply.hhs.iowa.gov
The state of Iowa website may be glitchy on smart phones and will work better on a computer browser.

After you have started your application you can log back in through the Log In button at the top right.
Your log in will not be the same as any previous log in you had with us before November 1st, 2024.
PROCESSING TIME
Once an application is successfully submitted with all required documents provided, our Community Services Department will process in 6-8 weeks.
